Our love for Japanese food inspired the concept to create a sushi train with fresh, creative and authentic Japanese cuisine in the centre of Byron Bay. We employ Japanese chefs to create mouth-watering cuisine and pride outselves on strong customer service and a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

We have turned what was once a quiet little corner in Byron Bay into a hive of activity - an absolute must as ‘the place for locals to meet and eat’ and a favourite for holidaying visitors.
