Established in 2004, first in Byron Bay and then in Coolangatta in 2007, O-Sushi was recognised as the Best Sushi Bar in Northern NSW Region at the 2008 Restaurant & Catering Regional Awards for Excellence. This is the eighth award for the restaurant since in opened in July 2004. We are honoured to work with our original team of chefs whose passion and professionalism inspire us all.
At O-Sushi we use fresh, high quality ingredients and will do our best to meet your dietary needs, so please inform our wait staff of any food allergies. We advise all patrons that all menu items may contain traces of allergens.
